Duration Alerts Update
Following the release of our new Duration Alerts Module in DEX 3.0, JAMS now supports multi-choice outcomes when configuring custom system alerts.
You can now set Alerts for when a manuscript is in a stage with multi-path outcomes. For example, if a user want to track when manuscripts have been left in the ‘Submitted’ stage for too long, they can now choose multiple options of where the manuscript can end up for the alert to be cancelled (See example below).
